DNA Genetics started out growing in the late ’80s in our home town of Hollywood, or as we say, Hollyweed, California… We would collect seeds from friends, family and, of course, those rare bag seeds from the best medicine we could get at the time. Being in California means we had lots of original and exotic herbs to choose from and to work with over the years.
In the 1990’s California, well the whole U.S. was not so Cannabis friendly despite Proposition 215 which legalized smoking and growing for medical use. We still did not feel safe.
So in early 2003, we moved to the Mecca of Cannabis, Amsterdam. The first thing that we noticed was the lack of quality weed. We mean there was some good herb out there, you just had to search to find it. So needless to say we got right to work. D&A figured out the perfect name for our seed company. It would be our initials and the basis of every living thing. Keeping it simple, DNA Genetics was born.
Now we find ourselves 5 years later still rocking in the Dam with ever-changing laws and restrictions. DNA will continue to bring freshness to a once stagnant gene pool. Respect + Keep it Green!

Very unprofessional the way the situation was dealt with to have 4 out of 6 kosher seeds no even germinate is terrible and as for the other two one is mutated I am outraged the way i have been treated. After contacting head office was told ‘will send 3 replacements peace’ call yourself profeesion. Please people wise up they was good ten years ago not anymore
1/ type dna genetics on google and see the number of craps who pop up, it was the time they start jeopardising your freedom indeed. an abuse.
2/ cannabis cup boarders lines, cheating with judges and high times
3/ the cheeks do not ship seeds to the usa but they rely on attitude seedbank to do it for them, (the us courage again)
4/ the cheeks decided to leave usa at the time of prop 215, they didn’t feel secure they said….
these folks were superspoiled by hightims for too long so they ended up with shit, very poor potency from the hybrids i bought,i waited a long time and it is true no customer service, you buy the hype and you need to shut it.
Just cropped the Dna holy grail kush and i tell you this is some good kush….I am from bc and we have very good, strong kush strains and this ranks up there with the best…Again wow this one was good for real…..
