Farmers lab hasnt sent my seeds i ordered from them. No reply to calls or emails. Rip off do not buy seeds from them. Their customer service is joke. I would not recommened any one from purchasing seeds from them. Looks like its a repeating problem. All the good reviews are from their affiliates that are paid to leave good reviews on their site so they cN keep ripping peopme off. Fhey dont have a office as their own customer service has given me a few different addresses. They dont have a store front and ull never get your money back in u email them. They just eep the money and dont send your products and no way of getting the money back.. so be aware if u are thinking of purchasing seeds from them. SCAMM
This company puts the DIs in customer (dis) service.It took them 24 days to inform me that my payment method ( Visa) was not accepted. What nonsense! I called 5 or 6 times and left messages prior to receiving the message from them, as well as spending at least 6 hours waiting on chat and receiving no response to emailed questions.
Their response ( finally) :A few weeks back our entire credit card processing system got derailed and not only were we unable to process orders, but we temporarily lost some of the customer data.
So should i worry about lost credit card info?
Another response: We’ve brought on a new team member to help with customer support which should improve things in the future.
Other customer feedback on google suggest that this is also an issue for others and not a new issue.
Weeks of growing time wasted,stress and hours of aggravation.
I suggest that only those who like wasting time and energy shop here.
I thought pot seeds would make excellent stocking stuffers for my pot inclined friends so I ordered some from what turns out is an absolute garbage company run by thieves!
Honestly, STAY AWAY! ZERO customer service. I made multiple attempts to contact via many ways. (i.e. phone, message, website chat, email) regarding missing seeds from my order. Finally I made credit card payment dispute, and let them know, before I got a reply!
The person flat out lied and said replacement seeds were sent weeks ago along with an email (I never received) but could not or would not provide a tracking number.
ORDERED NOV. 12 2018 Today is JAN 2 2019. STILL NO SEEDS! NO REFUND! Nothing…
The one silver lining of so called “legalization” here in Canada is maybe the government can “weed out” these kinds of douche bags thieves from the cannabis industry, which would also go a long way to create a positive image of cannabis related businesses and users!
I have ordered from Farmers Lab Seeds twice and have had nothing but a wonderful experience. The customer service is exceptional and the genetics are strong. I will only purchase from this company.
Why no responce from customer service?
Recieved my order promptly.
But was shorted several seeds.
Also was charged for shipping twice when ordered 3 strains. All came shipped together?
