Greek cannabis Stew
1/2 cup cannabis flour (see recipe under Edibles)2.5 pounds stew beef3 diced tomatoes3 – 4 small white onions (peeled and diced)4 freshly minced garlic cloves1/2 cup beef broth6 oz. tomato pasted3 tbsp. red wine1 bell pepper (chopped)1/2 cup cold water1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper2 tsp. dried oreganoCrock pot/slow cooker
If not done already, cut the beef into roughly 1-inch cubes and place these in the crock pot, along with the onions, diced tomatoes and minced garlic. In a mixing bowl or similar container, mix the beef stock, red wine, salt, pepper and oregano and mix together. Now add this mixture to the crock pot, stirring gently until everything is just mixed together. Cook on low for 7 – 8 hours. In a separate container, mix the cannabis flour and cold water until it is a batter. Next add this and the chopped bell pepper to the crock pot, stirring to mix. Turn the heat up to medium (DO NOT PUT ON HIGH, as it will neutralize the potency of the cannabis flour) and continue to cook for 15 to 25 minutes or until the mixture has thickened to your preference. Garnish with Feta cheese, if desired.
