Q: How come my seeds did not germinate?

A: HDSC has seeds as souvenirs only, if you are having problems otherwise, please contact the breeder. (Most have either a website or an Instagram page)

Researching the web or obtaining literature for proper germination methods might avoid some issues.

HDSC will not replace seeds or refund donations due to failed attempts at germination.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes we do, $35.00 flat rate

We also ship to Puerto Rico $7.00 and Canada $25.00.

Q: Does HDSC do refunds?

A: Only if the mistake is clearly on our end.

Q: My package was stolen/missing from my porch/mailbox, will HDSC replace it?

A: Absolutely not, once the package is in possession of the carrier it is no longer the responsibility of HDSC.

If one’s delivery destination is in high traffic or risky area, we suggest choosing the “signature upon delivery” option for an extra $4.00 USD (let us know in an email after order) or just request the tracking number and be at the delivery location when necessary…

Q: I’m missing an item(s) or my order is wrong, what do I do?

A: Get back to us with your issue and we will deal with it.

*Take note*  HDSC takes a photo of every order with the contents next to the box it is being shipped in, so if it is in the photo…you received it, plain and simple…
