I bought a mixed pack of autos and some didn’t pop. I notified ILGM and they replaced the seeds and threw some extra girls as a peace offering. Customer service is awesome!!!!! I would recommend anyone to give ILGM a try they stand by what they say.
I placed an order for Gorilla Glue and Super Skunk, both 10 get 10 deals. WhIle paying for my order I hit ACH instead of CC. Seeing no back out option I figured if I leave the site everything would time out. I went back to ILGM, placed my order and payed by CC. Unfortunately the first order remained in the system. After a single email explaining the situation to Support Angel Claire the first order and payment were deleted and the second order had already been packed and shipped. Throughout the world customer service is all but dead, but not at ILGM! On a side note, I planted 5 Blue Dream on New Years Day, had 5 germinate by Jan 4th and after 2 weeks have 5 beautiful 4″ seedlings! WOW, customer service AND a reliable, high quality product, ILGM has a customer for life. Thanks Claire and ILGM.
Shipping was tough over the holidays but the ILGM crew came through with a replacement shipment ASAP! The communication with them has been excellent and the website! My gosh, the website is awesome! I even like their style- its the sophisticated hippie vibe that I also appreciate. Not all skulls and roses and resin dripping off of things like what a 16 year old would be attracted to. Cannabis flowers are some of the most beautiful flowers in the world and there’s No better medicine for what ails ya IMO.
I’m a dying man that quit every Pharmaceutical 4 years ago that got really tired of getting low-grade secondary medicine for extremely high prices at local dispensaries.
I don’t know about anybody else but I can’t afford 400 and $500 ounces for the highest grade 😳 so This is the way to go and these people have Greatly helped me.

The service these guys offer, both during sale, shipping and after sales advice are 2nd to none. It is extremely easy to see why ILGM are voted a favourite of everyone. There Germination Guarantee could not be clearer and I actually had to use that service. I received a shipment that got damaged. I sent an email, within a day the response was back with a resolution of accepting the 1 seed I thought I had lost or a 5 seed credit. Extremely generous m, the other beans were damaged also, another email and a photo and my replacements were in the post.
