How are goods from London Seed Centre dispatched?
All UK orders are dispatched either recorded, signed for or special delivery, signed for.
International orders are sent Track and Trace’ and do not require a signature on delivery, so will normally be posted through your letterbox, size permitting. If not, it will be returned to your local post room and a card left through your door, notifying you of an attempted delivery and your package is awaiting a pick up.
Is London Seed Centre shipping discreet?
All of our packages are shipped in plain padded envelopes.
How long will it take for my goods to arrive?
Royal Mail recorded signed for usually takes between one and four days, Royal Mail special delivery is guaranteed next day. Whichever method you choose you will have to sign for the parcel, if your out, the postman will leave a card to say an attempt has been made to deliver the parcel, and the parcel can be collected from the local sorting office. If the parcel is returned to us, we will not resend it unless we have managed to contact you first.
International orders deliver within 7 – 10 working days, but can take up to 21 working days.
Once I have ordered, how do I obtain my tracking no.?
As soon as the goods are dispatched we will email you a Royal Mail tracking number.
Methods of Payment.
London Seed Centre accept all major credit/debit cards online or in store or over the phone. Our online sales are 3D Secure, 256 bit encrypted and hacker safe making it a very safe place to enter your details. All phone order payments are put through a secure VSP terminal online and once the payment goes through, we do not hold any records of clients credit/debit card details and all other client information remains highly confidential.

You can transfer the money directly into our account, UK and international account details available at checkout if you tick bank transfer option.
Cash can also be sent in the post, but please be sure to send it to us via a secure postal service

What if an item I have ordered, is out of stock?
Although London Seed Centre run live stock levels on our website, occasionally mistakes are made, if you have ordered and we are out of stock, we will contact you by either phone or email. Options either wait a day or two for stock to arrive, order another choice or accept a full refund.

Browsing their web site I noticed something interesting. In the user review section I kept seeing the same misspelling of “dence buds” over and over… from different users! What a funny coincidence.
So, a significant amount of the user reviews are total fakes written by sock-puppet accounts.
I wouldn’t trust anything this company say or do.
I was enticed into ordering from them after reading about an offer they have on – a free pack of 10 regular Cali Connection Jedi Kush with an order of any pack of Cali Connection seeds. At first I thought this was fishy because Jedi Kush seeds are difficult to locate in the UK and because I had never heard of the London Seed Centre before so I thought they might be scammers or giving away random seeds but they arrived in proper Cali Connection packaging. Admittedly they could have relabeled the seeds but it seems an inordinate amount of effort for a few orders. They don’t sell Cali Connection as pick n mix so it is unlikey they are using recycled packaging.
My order arrived in a standard jiffy type envelope. They also included a free lighter with their logo on it.
Pros:
Quick delivery – I placed an order yesterday at around 1pm and got it today at 11am
Good offers
Quick reply – before ordering I sent a message to them and they replied within the hour.
Cons:
Price – they tend to charge a few pounds extra for everything. Apparently they have a brick and mortar store in London though which explains it.
Communication – Their phone line was down when I tried to contact them to place an order.
Selection – they don’t have the newest Cali Connection seeds..
worst seed company stay away save your money 8 seeds only 1 popped up all dusty in packets old seeds terrible customercare as well rubbish rubbish rubbish be warned.
Got some seeds ,9/10 didn’t pop,wouldn’t replace, ordered some more, didn’t turn up,save your money, nothing but a scam
