I ordered two sets of seeds, 10 seeds in all, different plants. I followed all the instructions. One set of seeds did well and are growing nicely. The second set of seeds never developed tap roots even after following all the instructions. I contacted the company and was told that they didn't feel this was their concern, nor part of the warranty and I was on my own.
Customer service is terrible and they don't honor their warranty or stand behind their product. Customer be ware as you may get ripped off and there are better companies out there. I will never buy from them again.
