I bought 8 reg kush van stich autoflower seeds, afterwords I was informed they gad to ship to the billing address and not the shipping address I gave. Ok so I said go ahead ill make the 49 mi. Drive to the card holders add. Then when I get my seeds I’m horrified to see 4 out of 8 of the seeds are totally non viable , dried up and broken!!! I sent an email asking for replacement over a week ago with no reply yet. They totally ripped my ass. Don’t use Seed Supreme it’s a total pain in the ass with no reward for putting up with thier bullshit!!!

Possibly in need of a little more customer care training but once i spoke to them on the phone everything got sorted.
The packing methods are great maybe a little too good as i nearly threw out my order.
I would recommend using this site to others just read there terms and conditions as i had my first order stopped by customs and didn’t pay for shipping insurance/guarantee…
Got my Sensi skunk seeds straight in the pot and had good success rate.
Now have a good discount going with them, worth asking about.
This site is handled very poorly. Do not let the pretty well design website fool you. On there order they mention 3~5 days to send out the products. First of all, no seed companies take this long to send out a few seeds, second even after a week they still mentioned to me that the seeds would take an extra 3~5 days to send out. After a week and half I got pretty frustrated because they have yet sent out the package. All they kept telling me was to have patience… wow. I even spoke with the supervisor and she (ANNA) even mentioned the package will be sent in the next 24 hrs after the week and a half has past. After 24 hours what do you know… the package has still not been prepared and sent! This site pretty much ripped me off. I’m pretty sure they scam a lot of people because there’s not much you can do file a complaint against a marijuana seed company.
This is a fair warning from an actual buyer: DO NOT go through this website to purchase seeds. They are a massive headache and I don’t even know if I’ll get my money back.
RELIABLE. I ordered my seeds through card, came in 21 days. the stuff im growing now is growing beautifully ! I took a leap in them I felt sketched at first but they pulled through with great product.
