i ordered seeds and in a month 1/2 rec,d half of my order contact customer report and no reply all i want is what i payed the company for or my money back 3 months now what a joke
Absolute disgrace, made an order 14th Feb 2018, received nothing, asked for more info after 2 weeks was told to wait. Finally waited the time 20th March 2018 still nothing. I told them I want a refund as my product never showed up I paid for delivery and discretion got nothing. 3 globally known companies – seedsman, royalmail, australia post could not AND STILL HAVE NOT told me where my package is. They have scammed me into giving them money and sending nothing. To top this off I paid €61.73 or $97 AUD and now when I have asked for my refund they are refunding me €43 or $69 AUD. So they are keeping my money for nothing, no, they have stolen my money simple as that. Complete fraud complete crooks – dont ever buy from seedsman you will get shut down and will have your money taken. Infuriating joke to say the least the amount of rubbish that I had to wait and get no answers from anyone. My emails get responded to but with nothing. THEY STILL CANNOT TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED TO MY PACKAGE. After 6 weeks and asking numerous times for info seedsman give you nothing I have no idea what happened to the package. Best bet is, they took my money and didnt send anything. And to refund me less than what I paid them for receiving nothing whatsoever is a disgrace. Seriously screw seedsman. Steal my money. Never again dont get burnt by these scumbags.
Seedsman Shipping time was great, seeds terrible,
Ordered 3 blueberry auto and 5 pineapple express auto, and recieved bonus seeds,
No blueberry popped,
No diesels popped,
Pineapple is 2 out of 5,
On the other hand I ordered 10+10 free white widow auto from a different bank and 9 out of 10 popped,
Very disappointed with seedsman seeds, poor genetics imo,
Got to say Seedsman was a good move for me. I have received everything I’ve ordered on 4 totally separate orders. Received in U.S in 10-14 days product quality was great, stealth packaging was nice overall I had no problems with them but prices could have been a little better. But as long as they keep good stock speedy delivery and no snags ill continue to give them my business….

Don’t believe the negative posts about Seedsman. I have ordered many many times and have always been satisfied with the products and service. I am from the U.S.A. and received every shipment in a reasonable time and everything in good condition. Maybe if you whiners would speak to customer assistance like human beings they would probably be more inclined to help you.
I stand corrected and retract my prior review. While no final solution has been determined by the Seedsman, customer service did contact me back. Ruth from the seedsman was empathetic regarding the missing seed pack and told me that she is looking into it and will get back to me regarding a potential resend. While it may have taken her a few extra days to get back to me she has responded which is good. I jumped the gun after not hearing back from them for a couple of days and should not have. Even if they tell me they will not help me I should have waited until the final outcome before I ranted. I will try to post the final results. Like I said before I have never had an issue with the Seedsman before. In fact another order that I placed just arrived from the Seedsman all intact with nothing missing. This time the package came directly from the Seedsman and was not repackaged in San Fransisco like the other order. I am not sure if it is because the order was smaller. Maybe the seeds were jacked in San Fransisco where they were repacked. I’m not sure but the last order arrived just fine. SO foot in mouth!
