I don’t know how many times I’ve order from OSSC. Nothing but 5/5 overall.
Order has been placed on Friday evening. It has been placed on the next Friday. They were late for 2 days but it’s understandable. Stealth packing was perfect (at least this is my opinion) but the item could be much more useful for everybody 🙂 It has been delivered in 9 days to a non-EU country, (not their responsibility) but it was quite fast. Seeds were perfectly packed in different packs with explanations. No comment about seeds cos they were just delivered but i will add when i tasted them. As another users said they answered all my questions and mails on time and satisfied with all mails.
These guys are super helpful, always polite no matter how many times you spam them with emails or questions. Top notch company.
OSSC has the friendliest, most responsive customer service reps, hands down! I originally made a purchase and forgot to add the seeds, (several times) without going into too much detail and 28 total emails between us (all answered on a timely manner) they honored my requests and updated my cart several times…
One example, was how I had accidentally and excitedly made my list, added all feminized seeds (or so I thought). When the order was placed and being processed I reviewed my order and saw I had accidentally purchased regular seeds, I asked them to kindly add on a female of not to late… they did, AND pointed out that I had yet ANOTHER regular seed and was asked if I would like to replace it… I did.
I sent an annoying amount of emails and asked for changes so many times, I was still met with the most respectful, friendly and helpful customer assistance.
I received my package earlier than expected, in a very stealthy manner and upon inspecting the seeds and checking for viability, I have had a 100% success rate with germination (which is almost unheard of!)
It’s exremely difficult to believe many of the bad reviews and upon reading into the reviews I am led to believe that some are ridiculous and intentional defamation of an outstanding and reliable company.
I did not get any compensation or extra freebies (other than the tons of freebies you get with your purchases.) for this review, I believe this company deserves to be recognized and valued for their outstanding work.

Scam site, all of these positive reviews are fake. I ordered seeds and they sent a confiscation letter then they would’nt refund me despite the site claims and they never reshipped them. AND they will ignore you over email. stay far away from these grimmy POS garbage.
