2 white chocolate candy bars1/4 cup softened canna butter1/2 cup cane sugar2 eggs1/8 tsp. table sale1 tsp. vanilla extract1/4 tsp. almond extract (optional)1 cup all-purpose flour1/4 tsp. baking powder
First preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and then lightly grease/butter a 9″ baking dish. Melt the butter and 1 bar of the white chocolate in double boiler or saucepan in simmering water. They should be melted over low heat. In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, salt and eggs in a mixer for 3 to 8 minutes. Add candy and butter mixture to this and continue mixing. Sift flour and baking powder together into this mixture. Break up the remaining candy bar and mix in as well. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
