This place is horrible I ordered on January 5th they told me it was sent out January 15th. It’s February 9th right now and I still haven’t received anything. Every time I email them they just send me a scripted email back with some stupid calculator telling me I have to wait 28 days from the 15th. I ordered from seedsman on the 24th and they arrived on the 29th. The Single Seed Centre seems like a bunch of kid amateurs. Do not waste your time going to them. It’s just a big headache. And I know I’m going to have to go through hell to get my $73 back
Awesome they fixed it up my order is coming i love when stuff works out. The seeds germinate well mostly the chem s are a.pain sometimes those need help out the shell. Tssc has always been good to.me.things can happen but they never failed to please me. Good costumer services, give them a chance and you’ll end up.with some fire
I e ordered from single seed center over 10 times two years ago the company was awesome never a problem. This year I’ve had issues i contacted them and they made it right. Now I’m waiting on a order i paid in full and received notice i need to verify my card. I hope it’s a mistake i wrote a few emails and sent proof of payment. I hope they send my order I paid stealth delivery too. As of now I’m hopeful for good service. I’ll update when I go d out what’s up
Seems they have lost their way. Used to send a little piece of the packaging with the order as way of proving that the product was real. Now you’re lucky if they ship when they say. As for their customer service non existent. Tried to contact numerous times and they wouldn’t respond. Heard a rumour that after the closedown were bought out by another seedbank and it’s no longer the team who made them the trustworthy bank they once were. Will be avoiding at all costs.
Won’t respond to my e-mails, telephone number on site is invalid so cannot call, have $500 of my money and won’t even be gracious enough to respond to my e-mails asking for them to pay it back.
So after weeks of e-mailing they finally got back to me. It took me to be a massive dick to get any payment at which point they paid a fraction of what they owe. Pulled them up on this and they paid a little more and finally sent an e-mail back. Told me the reason they didn’t respond for 3 weeks was because there were Bitcoin account problems (so beware crypto purchasers) and had the fucking cheek to tell me not to “be too hasty”. Explained that they still hadn’t paid everything they owed and that an e-mail to let me know would have made it look less like I was getting screwed. Another two weeks of e-mails and guess what. Still waiting to get fully paid and again no one responding. Avoid them as we will be ensuring all of those who use our site do.
I have been using them forever…im talkin almost 10 years…from the first time i switched to them i knew they were a keeper….they have always been stealth…on point and had great cust service……when whatever happened early this year had me hesitant to purchase again…i said the heck with it and made a purchase a month ago…i did receive Some seeds…stealth…fast shipping…but my beans were mislabeled and i didnt get my freebies…well im assuming they were the freebies …i emailed them multiple times from different emails and no response…either server down or they using using some mail block…dnt know…lil bummed cause i have no idea what these beens are
