Same experience as reading here from others, germination rate, about 20%. Wrote them and the videos I was supposed to be taking and did not know to get a refund, I was not. I sent pics though, but they never sent a refund. Wish I had read other reviews prior to ordering cause yes this was a total scam.

They are the worst company I’ve bought from over the past decade.
Germination rate of 0/10..while the other 230 beans I popped had a germination rate of 78%plus on all packs with some at 100%.
There customer service and requirements for a refund are where the scam is let alone the fact they sell bunk seeds that don’t germinate. Buy from an American source and an American breeder cuz this blimburn company is a scam and been ripping people off for years.
I love them and they’ve recently taken over as my top seed bank. Their seeds are fire, they have almost 1k strains, they have non-stop 100 strain BOGOs and 39 dollar 6 packs, top shelf freebies, coupons work with sales, plus shipping, a delivery guarantee, and germination guarantees, are all free in the US over 70 dollars. They also ship within a day and my seeds were at my door two days later. They do require you to take a video of your germination for the guarantee, however I know that bc they emailed me about it right after I paid for my order. Anyone who isn’t aware of that can only blame themselves. It’s also worth noting that I haven’t had a single seed fail to germinate. Don’t get me wrong, there are a bunch of legit seed banks around, but this one is top notch and definitely doesn’t deserve the hate it gets.
These people are crooks. I bought 24 seeds from them and only 13 germinated. I have been growing for six years and have never had such poor seeds. Their guarantee is a scam as they won’t replace the BOGO seeds and you have to film how you germinated them. REALLY. If you look on their website every review is 5 star. I wrote an honest review and they did not publish it. What is the sense of reviews if the person you are reviewing can edit them

The fact that you think you can own something that grows out of the ground is a symptom of late-stage capitalism, these guys are just offering the cream of the crop when it comes to seeds at less than a 1/3 of the price of american seed banks and all you can do is call them thieves and give them 1/5 despite their seeds being fire? Why? Because they bought some seeds, multiplied them and then sold them to us at affordable prices? Grow up please, that’s what farmers have done for thousands of years. You cannot trademark plants just like how you cannot trademark a tree type for example, even if the law allows it it’s an absurd concept.
