Happened to me too! Placed my order with the attitude seed bank with the tracking and all and it never even made it to the states for customs to get, according to the track. They wouldn’t even attempt to see what happened to it and just tried to get me to order more and said they might MIGHT be able to put some of the seeds from my first order in with that one. BULLSHIT !!! I ordered from sensible seeds and that order got intercepted by customs and I didn’t have a garuntee or anything with it. I emailed them and in 5 days I had my order they reshipped it without any questions said they were sorry to hear customs got the first order and wanted to make sure their customers were satisfied even if I didn’t get the garuntee! Not the attitude they just keep your money and you are shit out of luck

Ripped me off. Took 4 weeks to arrive. Had only a letter inside. They refused to honor their guarantee.
Good service, quick response. Just don’t order the mug or a tshirt if in the usa. Letter thin packages( no more 1/4 inch) will make it to your house much faster as it does not go through a Customs check. Don’t know why people in USA pay the VAT tax because at seedsman they take off the 20% VAT tax.
2orders both never arrived an when I questioned attitude they simply said they would look into it an get back to me, that never happened so I emailed them again but did not have a response I’m highly sceptical of attitude as other seedbanks orders always arrive an never a prob.
You have know what your doing and be patient. I’ve had seeds not germ from them but this was my fault using incorrect germination methods (except for one). pay for the guaranteed shipping play by their rules and you will get your seeds.they may be seized by customs but they will resend if you pay for the guarantee.I got there last birthday promotion I received everything except one critical hog feminized that was a freebie anyway instead I got 2 regular girl scout cookies. I simply emailed them and told them I was looking forward to the critical hog most of all. I didn’t even requested it to be sent and I was surprised with my critical hog seed in the mail. they have surpassed my expectations. A true blessing!
