Attitude sucks badly with customer service. I ordered there monthly freebie, sent them the cash. Order came with no freebies. Then when i asked why they said my order had expired before the payment arrived. That makes no sense to me, so i posted the email all over the top forum sites like rollitup. They were extremely rude in there response so I dont think cool breeders like Subcool TGA should even do business with them. Customers come first.

Only ordered off them once, delivery took about 6 days, and came in generic plain jiffy envelope which is good, but I didn’t like the way they tried to pressure me into buying a mug to protect my order; it came through royal mail recorded delivery, which must be signed for so if it hasn’t been delivered they would be aware of this.
