So I perused their website, found some souvenirs i was happy with in relation to the THC-CBD ratio. Straight up beginner so chose some easy and short things. I received an email from George in relation to a seed that was out of stock, so this gave me the chance to opted for something else. Communication with both George and Jack was appreciated and straight up genuine.
I’m sure as gunna use this crew next time I need souvenirs.

Sometimes things go wrong when you place an order on the internet, it just happens from time to time. You know its going to be a challenge to get anywhere, and I really did not expect to get it sorted out easily, if at all.
After investigating my order problem Cameron and Jack were really great, they were a model for customer service. My problem was resolved far better than I could have expected. Response was quick, problem sorted.
No company wants people to know that there are order problems, but what YOU need to know is, should you get any issues these guys will sort it out.
I would have no problem recommending them to my friends.

Shipping is fast and discreet. The seeds are high quality. Everyone the sent me germinated within 2 days.

Jack offers superb customer service. Package took roughly a week to arrive in the states and it came with a lot of freebies! The package looked like I ordered a (shipping Method Removed = Admin) so its stealth and not sketchy at all. Jack always replies fast via email and he will even call you if there is a question.
