I had an order of MANY seed packs arrive on time with one pack being incorrect (correct breeder, incorrect strain). I notified the guys at The Vault via email and within an hour I received a sincere apology about an error made by a trainee and my missing seed pack would be with me the next day. I told them it wasn’t a problem and thanks for dealing with it so swiftly!
The next day (a Saturday) a unexpectedly larger parcel arrived, to my surprise a “pick’n’mix” goody bag of numerous seeds and random bits of paraphernalia and souvenirs along with my missing seed pack. It was like Christmas! 😆
