Shipping was fast. One of my packs they sent was a auto which is not what I ordered. After 5 days they got back to me. Said I had send picture of wrong pack. After that was told that I had to ship back that one and send picture of receipt. Said they would reimburse my shipping and would send right pack after I sent picture. Was told that in my new shipping they put a free seed in for my troubles. Got the new package no free seed in there. Nothing to pay for the shipping I spent. So for there fk up cost me money and my time to get it fixed. Disappointed with them
Looks like their still up to the tricks.got an email 2 days ago saying they received the payment and would send me a tracking number.no more emails. Called the next day and was told my order was going out today and I would get a tracking number no email again called today and u guessed it got the same story. Lesson learned! Go fuck yourself Canada tnsb are thief’s!!!
I purchased a couple strains 2 weeks before Christmas for Christmas gifts I received my order within 2 weeks and was able to drop these gifts off . My friends put them in paper towel and they sprouted within 3 days 100% germination rate . Im very happy with this company and will order again from them . CHEERS

It seems these folks have a lot of negative reviews. I don’t know why. From my personal experience, it was the best order I have ever made. I ordered by phone, paid with Mastercard (which is usually verboten), added a puzzle and insurance and fast shipping. I got seeds and 2 freebies (1 unexpected) in 1.5 weeks. I placed order by phone to a lovely woman who sounded attractive over the phone and spoke English! I will be trying seeds out in the next few weeks. Give these guys a chance.
I and a friend ordered $300 of seeds from True North in December figuring the Christmas crush was a good time to stealth thru the mail. Seeds arrived in about 14 days. Come starting time all the seeds germinated. That’s where I have a problem. Many of the hulls would not let go after the plant got it’s first two leaves. With care these were picked off. Weeks later more than half just gave up and died. This from two different growers, soils, lights, techniques, etc. I contacted True North and there reply was that they couldn’t guarantee viability after waiting for a few months before planting. I’ve had seeds 2 years old that popped and grew strong. I believe the problem lies in the enormous amount of crossbreeding and the huge supplier base of the company. I think the suppliers are sending out inferior seeds. As of August 01 plants are about 18 inches and growing slowly outside. The Lemon Shark Auto grew a 3″ bud period. They have severely limited my crop and will never buy from them again. Quality of product – one star.
Haha careful! These guys tried to screw me and didn’t even have the items in stock that were listed on their site. Wouldn’t trust em as far as I could throw em. Also 5 week turn around is a joke…
The real deal. I mailed in cash and there order form and got correct product in 5 weeks start to finish which I am very happy with. Let me stress this was my first time with them and I sent cash and mailed it and everything turned out great. I called (844#) from the website 4 weeks in and they said it was good and on its way back. I got it the following week. Original packaging as asked for. I will do a lot more business with them in the future.
