Highgrade Seeds HOW DO I GERMINATE MY SEEDS?
There are several methods with which you can germinate your seeds successfully. The main principle to understand during germination is the seed is looking for a constant moist dark environment around 90F. Seeds can be placed between folded, wet paper towels that are kept moist and warm in an area between 90F-95F degrees, such as on the top of the refrigerator. After a period of 48 to 72 hours, the vast majority of viable seeds will crack open with a white root tip emerging. Allow the taproots to grow out for a day or so longer until they are over 1/2 inch long. At this point, the seed is gently placed in the growing medium with the root tip pointed downward.

If you have never planted a seed before and don’t want to risk screwing up your prized seeds, then the most idiot-proof method is to use a propagation tray with a heating mat underneath and a plastic dome on top to start your seeds in. Propagation mats were designed to provide a constant temperature & moisture to the soil. They can be purchased at most nurseries or through eBay for about $35. Simply place your soil in the small plastic containers it comes with (you can have 72 plants germinating at once), place about 1/8 cup of distilled water on the bottom of the mat, place humidity dome on, and plug it in. Simply make a small hole in the soil about 1/4 inch deep, drop the seed in, cover with a little bit of dirt and replace the humidity dome. Most viable seeds germinate within the week.

This is a bad place to go through considering the payment methods on this website do not protect the buyer in anyway. I tried explaining to their representitive and he gave me attitude so I rather take my business elsewhere
This was my first time ordering seeds from a seedbank and yeah I was nervous for various reasons. During my initial shopping around there were a lot of places online each their own personality. Call it beginners luck but I feel now that highgrade-seeds.com was the right choice. Their service was great. Communications was excellent with same day reply to any questions I had both before and more importantly after payment was received. It wasn’t a big order by some standards but to me it was. Product shipped the same day payment was received. Packaging was plain vanilla outside but I really liked the little personal touches inside that tells me these are real people where every order is personal. So yeah, highgrade-seeds.com was the right choice.
My worst fears came true after attempting to germinate my SK-fem order. 3-4 cracked open after 4 days, but they never went any further…waited for 2 weeks in case they were just plain slow growers, but still nothing I could plant. This was my 2nd order with HGS. As scarey as it may be to send cash to someone in Canada (I live in the US) based on nothing but trust, my seeds have been received without issue both times. To be honest, I much prefer this method of payment…no paper trail! Excellent communication – I especially like that they don’t plaster their emails with hemp logos and such…just simple discrete, to the point messages. Same for the packaging…discrete, plain labeling with the goodies all snug as a bug inside…you’ll love how simple and secure the shipping tubes are…no way the seeds will ever get crushed inside of those babies! They encourage customers to come here to write good reviews in return for more bonus seeds, but I’d do it with or without the perk. As for the grow quality? Can’t say… I screwed up the first batch during germination…hope I don’t this time. Really looking forward to finding out.
